Proof on Main provides room service, treating guests Chef Michael Paley's award-wining modern American food, rich with Tuscan influence and highlighting local producers and artisanal products. Gourmet coffee makers, a spacious work desk with ergonomic chair, nightly turndown service, and a full business center round out the experience. Valet parking service is available 24 hours a day, for a nightly charge. Please note that the 21c is a non-smoking facility.

Renowned for the thoughtful elegance of its work—the Yale School of Art to retail stores for Burton snowboards—the NYC architects infuse 21c's historic Louisville warehouses with a rich modernity. Combining their experience designing art galleries and remarkable residences, DBPA sensitively introduces modest forms and materials to highlight the building's striking original brick, timber and cast iron construction, as well as the provocative 21c contemporary art collection.
