Renowned for the thoughtful elegance of its work—the Yale School of Art to retail stores for Burton snowboards—the NYC architects infuse 21c's historic Louisville warehouses with a rich modernity. Combining their experience designing art galleries and remarkable residences, DBPA sensitively introduces modest forms and materials to highlight the building's striking original brick, timber and cast iron construction, as well as the provocative 21c contemporary art collection.
