A soaring addition to the banks of Waller Creek, 21c Austin will be home to the project's 243-room hotel, 295 residential units, signature spa, restaurant, retail space, pool and other amenities, including a contemporary art museum which will be free and open to the public 365 days per year. The project, including an underground parking garage, stands to total over 1 million square feet and will represent a $350 million investment.
